Some portraits of some wonderful people. A visit with Silvia and Leo, who will celebrate their 60th anniversary this year! Three games of Scrabble and lunch with the one and only, Tata (Rita).  Dinner and a walk with Roxanne and Alexis...celebrating 20 years since meeting them when I was in first grade! An evening with Shannon, Leah, James and Estevan before leaving. I don't know what I was thinking, but I don't seem to have a recent photo of Ivy and Jeremiah despite our great evening together....so here is one from awhile back!

 There are few things better than a sunset beach walk with good company. I am still catching up with photos from the LA trip....but I am missing the beach and these amazing people already. It was such a great trip and now it is good to be back in St. Louis for our final month before the big move east.

Then (1987) and now (2012) at the Plaza de España in Sevilla! It was great finding the old photos taken when I was learning to walk! The rest of the photos from that first trip make Sevilla seem like a more quiet city and my parents remembered fewer people and fewer tourists.

So incredible to be in LA visiting family and friends. This garden party was a wonderful celebration of friends, birthdays and cool summer evenings.
